In order to be Elite Affiliates your site will must:

02. Be organized
03. I’d prefer if it didn’t spread RUMORS
04. Have a decent layout
05. Not be geocities or any weird domains. Sub-Domains accepted!

I don’t base elite affiliates on hits. Your site must be QUALITY! No site elite affiliated with this site will lack quality. That being said when applying for Elite Affiliates realize that I check your site for 3 days in a week, then at the end of the week I will send you an email if you are excepted.
